Yellow code of terrorist danger in Transnistrian region extended till 20 March

Chisinau, 16 January /MOLDPRES/ - The authorities of the breakaway Moldovan Transnistrian republic have extended the yellow code of terrorist danger till 20 March 2023.

Under an order by the so-called leader of the Transnistrian region, Vadim Krasnoselsky, the terrorist danger on the left bank of Dniester will be monitored for a period of another 60 days starting from 19 January.

The warning of terrorist danger was launched on the left bank of Dniester in early last May, when more shootings took place in the region. Also at that time, the activities occasioned by the Victory Day on 9 May and the school-leaving examinations were cancelled. Periodically, the warning was extended.
