Two bailiffs ran out of license

Chisinau, 19 Jan. /MOLDPRES/- Two bailiffs were left without a license. Minister of Justice Sergiu Litvinenco made the statement today.

"Today we issued the orders to withdraw the licenses and to terminate the activity of bailiffs George Boțan and Nicolae Paşa. These are based on the decisions of the Disciplinary Board, which found that these two executors violated the law, their duties and did not respect court decisions," the minister wrote on his page.

He said he hopes that "the decisions given are a clear signal that illegalities must be stopped, and the people who have been delegated some state duties, such as bailiffs and other legal professions, are to activate only in accordance with the law and with respect for fundamental human rights".
