Chisinau, 19 January /MOLDPRES/ - The Community Centre from the Micleuseni village, central Straseni district, has been renovated through energy optimization and endowed with advanced acoustic equipment. The works were carried out within the European Village Programme and cost over 1.1 million lei (55,000 euros), allocated from the National Fund for Regional and Local Development (FNDRL).
Within the project, the exterior walls underwent thermal insulation on an area of 341 square metres and the building’s doors and windows were changed. As a result, the institution’s employees will have better working conditions and the Micleuseni residents will enjoy a modern Community Centre. At the same time, the expenses for maintenance will be cut through the building’s energy optimization.
