Moldovan PM has meeting with European lawmaker

Chisinau, 21 February /MOLDPRES/ - Moldova’s European agenda and the actions undertaken by the authorities in the context of the new cabinet’s action programme have been discussed at a meeting between Prime Minister Dorin Recean and European MP Siegfried Muresan, the government’s communication and protocol department has reported.

The PM appreciated the support of the Brussels partners to get the status of country candidate for accession to EU and in the process of edifying a prosperous, safe and European country.

„European integration is a true national project, the implementation of which will bring the state’s economic modernization and will enhance the citizens’ living standards. This is a project to which we should everybody contribute and we are sure that the people will see results just on the way of accession and will feel the benefits of the European integration,’’ PM Dorin Recean said.
