Chisinau, March 21. /MOLDPRES/- The promulgation decree and the Law amending Law No93/1998 on the entrepreneur's patent were published in today's issue of the Official Journal.

Thus, the law will include two new types of alternative child care activity: individualized care services and family-type care services. The activity will be carried out under the entrepreneur's license.

In this way, the legalization of the activity of a qualified caregiver of children up to three years is aimed at. Taking into account the safety of children, additional requirements specific to the issuance and suspension or withdrawal of the license for the respective types of activity are proposed.

Also, the new framework will provide opportunities for medical and social insurance for carers, by imposing a simple, accessible and attractive tax regime.

The law enters into force at the expiration of three months from the date of publication in the Official Journal of Moldova.
