Chisinau, 7 April /MOLDPRES/ - The Reintegration Policies Bureau welcomes the release from detention of citizen Adrian Glijin, who was deprived of freedom by Tiraspol power-wielding structures on 7 October 2020.
On this period, the deputy prime minister for reintegration and the aforementioned bureau have made sustained efforts for his unconditional release, making use of all platforms of dialogue available. Also, being in permanent touch with the actors of the format of negotiations on the Transnistrian settlement, all needed approaches were made for the reestablishment of the fundamental rights and freedoms of Glijin.
On this occasion, we offer thanks to the OSCE Mission in Moldova, Promo-LEX Public Association, media from Moldova, all those who kept a close eye on this file and contributed, through their position, to the release of Adrian Glijin.
This is an action which can serve as example in many other similar cases of infringement of human rights in the Transnistrian region, among which the ones of the citizens V. Pleșcanov, G. Kuzmiciov, V. Dudnic, V. Pogorlețchi, S. Mantaluța, M. Petiș and many other citizens of Moldova , who suffered in the wake of Tiraspol’s illegal actions.
