The sides also exchanged opinions on the security situation in the region, against the background of Russia’s brutal war against Ukraine. They also reviewed the agenda of reforms launched by the cabinet, in the justice, energy security, education fields.
The Austrian parliament speaker expressed the firm support for the ambitious programme of reforms, initiated by the authorities and for Moldova’s irreversible way of integration into the European Union. ‘’The European Union’s map is incomplete without the Republic of Moldova,’’ the Austrian official said at the meeting held at the government’s headquarters.
