Sergiu Tofilat, Constantin Borosan elected members of Council of Observers of Moldovagaz company

Chisinau, 28 July /MOLDPRES/ - Sergiu Tofilat and Constantin Borosan have been elected members of the Council of Observers of the Moldovagaz stock company. A decision to this effect was taken at a today’s annual general assembly of the enterprise’s stockholders, which approved the new composition of the Council.

Constantin Borosan is state secretary at the Energy Ministry and Sergiu Tofilat was elected as civil society’s representative.

More representatives of the Gazprom giant are also members of the Moldovagaz Council of Observers.

At the same time, at the today’s meeting, the stockholders of the Moldovagaz stock company approved the entity of audit for the carrying out of the compulsory ordinary audit of the financial situation for this year. They also unveiled annual reports on the work of the leadership bodies, as well as the financial report of the Moldovagaz stock company for 2022.
