Iurie Razlovan new head of Termoelectrica stock company of Moldova

Chisinau, 28 July /MOLDPRES/ - The administrative board of the Termoelectrica stock company today appointed Iurie Razlovan as acting director of the enterprise. Energy Minister Victor Parlicov has made statements to this effect.

According to the official, Razlovan held the position of Termoelectrica’s technical director during 2014-2018 and deputy director of the Termocom company during 2002-2008.

„The main task of the new director is to ensure the enterprise’s preparation for the next cold season, including the carrying out on term of the repairs of the block 5 from the source 1, known also as the former heating station 2 (CET 2). Also, the new director will present, in two weeks at the latest, its vision on the new organizational structure and will decide on the team with which he is to fulfill the tasks set,’’ Victor Parlicov said.

The process of change of Termoelectrica’s management started in last May and lasted much time including because of the change of the leadership of the Public Property Agency. ”The appearance of the information on the burial of waste with content of crude oil from November 2022 in the public space and the uninspired communication of the enterprise on this subject did nothing but sped up the process,’’ Parlicov added.
