DOC: Two notaries ceased activity

Chisinau, 2 Aug. /MOLDPRES/- The orders of the Ministry of Justice on termination of the activity of two notaries from Ungheni and Călărași were published in the Official Journal.

According to the order, the activity of notary Galia Balaban (Ungheni municipality) is terminated based on the personal request, deleted from the State Register of Notaries. Within 15 days from the date of notification of this order, notary Balaban Galia will present to the Ministry of Justice the proof that confirms the destruction of the stamp, and within 3 days will ensure the transmission to the Notary Chamber of the notary ID.

By another order of the Ministry of Justice, the activity of notary Zinaida Șcerbacova (Călăraşi district) is terminated based on the personal request, deleted from the State Register of Notaries.
