Minister of Justice urges prosecutors to apply for vacancies in College for selection and assessment of prosecutors

Chisinau, 9 Aug. /MOLDPRES/- Minister of Justice Veronica Mihailov-Moraru today urged prosecutors and civil society representatives to apply for seven membership positions in the College for selection and assessment of prosecutors.

The Superior Council of Prosecutors (CSP) announced a competition for seven member positions in the College: four among prosecutors (two will be elected by the General Assembly of Prosecutors and two by the CSP); three from civil society representatives.

Candidates who have an impeccable reputation, have no outstanding disciplinary sanctions, or have been found guilty of some crimes can apply for the seven positions. People who have not passed the evaluation will not be able to apply. Applications can be submitted by September 4 at the CSP.
