Speaker meets Moldova's ambassadors

Chisinau, August 16 /MOLDPRES/- Speaker Igor Grosu discussed today with ambassadors of our country at the diplomacy meeting of the Republic of Moldova, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, the parliament's communication and public relations department has reported.

The official spoke with Moldovan diplomats about legislative priorities and parliamentary diplomacy, which is so important for the process of Moldova's accession to the European Union. "The expertise of countries that have gone through such experiences is important for us, and we want to take over the best practices and establish the best possible relations with our European friends," he said.

Another topic addressed was the proactive dialogue with our citizens abroad. "It is crucial that our diplomatic service does everything to help our Moldovans abroad," he said.

Igor Grosu conveyed to the ambassadors of the Republic of Moldova that they have the full openness of the Parliament.

The head of the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Policy and European Integration, Doina Gherman, also participated in the discussions.
