Regional road in western Moldova to be reconstructed till late 2023

Chisinau, 25 August /MOLDPRES/ - The works on restoration of the national road L392 Ungheni-Cetireni-Alexeevca will be finished till the end of this year.

„Presently, works of arrangements of pavements, construction of small bridges, as well as of arranging the area adjacent to the road outside the settlements are carried out. After these actions are finished, the road marking is to be applied and road signs will be set on a length of about 17.5 km,’’; said the Centru Regional Development Agency (ADR Centru).

According to the quoted source, the works are carried out in line with the schedule and they are planned to be finished till the end of this year. The overall value of the works is estimated at over 60 million lei (three million euros).

The project, Rehabilitation of the transport infrastructure on the road L392 Ungheni-Cetireni-Alexeevca is implemented by ADR Centru and financed from the National Fund of Regional Development and the state enterprise State Administration of Roads. The local residents already benefit from improved access way, which ensures the quick and safe movement to medical, education, administrative and legal public institutions from the Ungheni-Alexeevca region.
