Daily fee for servicemen of National Army from joint peacekeeping forces of Security Zone doubled in Moldova

Chisinau, 30 August /MOLDPRES/ - The daily fee of the contract servicemen of the National Army from the joint peacekeeping forces from the Security Zone has been doubled. The cabinet approved a decision to this effect.

Under the decision, the daily fee was increased from 100 to 200 lei.

According to the Defence Ministry, the initiative comes in the context of the improvement of the insurance package of the National Army’s military, who serve in the joint peacekeeping forces from Moldova’s Security Zone.

The financial means needed for the project’s implementation are provided for in the Defence Ministry’s budget and the calculation will be made starting from 1 August 2023.
