Fire Shield / Rapid Trident 2023 held in Moldova

Chisinau, 12 Sep. /MOLDPRES/- Fire Shield/Rapid Trident 2023 multinational exercise was launched at the training centers of the National Army, with the participation of about 500 soldiers. It will be held by September 22.

Moldovan, Romanian and American soldiers will perform combat firing from the infantry weapons and artillery systems, day and night, with the involvement of the technical units of the National Army.

According to the Ministry of Defense, during the exercise, military equipment units will travel on routes in the country, and all necessary safety measures during the training, which will also take place on national roads, will be observed without disrupting public activity.

The Ministry advises citizens to respect the conditions of access near the training centers of the National Army during the exercises and to be vigilant to avoid the spread of false information to prevent disinformation.
