Deputy Prime Minister's working visit to Brussels

Chisinau, 13 Sep. /MOLDPRES/- On September 13-15, Deputy Prime Minister for Reintegration Oleg Serebrian will be on a working visit to Brussels, the Reintegration Policy Office has reported.
He will have several meetings with officials of the European Commission, including Ambassador Michael Siebert, Managing Director for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, Regional Cooperation; Dorota Dlouchy-Suliga, EU representative in the 5+2 format; Camilo Villarino-Marzo, head of cabinet of the Vice-President of the European Commission; Judit Rozsa, Director for Coordination, Resources and Aid Programs in DG Reforms; Simon Mordue, foreign policy advisor to the President of the European Council etc.
On September 14, Serebrian will have a discussion moderated by Ambassador Delphine Pronk in the Political and Security Committee, the body responsible for the EU's common foreign and security policy.
The European Union role in settling the Transnistrian conflict, the regional challenges, the impact of Russia's aggression against Ukraine, as well as the EU aid programs in the Security Zone and the eastern districts of the country.
