Moldova's charge d'affaires summoned to Russia's Foreign Ministry

Chisinau, 13 Sep. /MOLDPRES/- Russia's Foreign Ministry summoned today Chargé d'affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova. Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova made the statement to TASS Agency.
He will provide explanations on the expulsion of the head of Sputnik, Vitaly Denisov.
Denisov was expelled from the Republic of Moldova this morning and banned to enter the country for 10 years. He is suspected of "interference in internal affairs".
Moscow harshly criticized Chisinau's decision.
Government's spokesperson Daniel Vodă said after the cabinet meeting that the head of Sputnik Moldova is part of an institution that "constantly is dealing with informational attacks".
Last February, the Intelligence and Security Service blocked the website sputnik.md "for promoting the interests of the Russian Federation", but it continued to be accessible on several platforms.
