11 Ukrainians helped to cross border illegally, in exchange for 40 thousand euros

Chisinau, 18 Sep. /MOLDPRES/- Border Police employees detected 11 Ukrainian men who have illegally arrived in our country from Ukraine. One of the foreigners is suspected of being a guide, and the organizers were to receive over 40 thousand euros.

Thus, with the help of night video devices, the mobile patrol caught several people in the direction of Basarabeasca - Serpneovoe. The police monitored their actions while illegally crossing the Moldovan-Ukrainian border, 11 men from Ukraine have been identified.

If found guilty, the suspects risk criminal penalties. At the same time, in order to establish all the circumstances, the Moldovan border police cooperate with the Ukrainian border guards, through data exchange and joint operational activities.
