Chisinau, Oct. 4 /MOLDPRES/- A draft law aimed at facilitating the delimitation process of public property was examined today by the Parliamentary Committee on Public Administration and Regional Development.
Thus, for some categories of publicly owned land, the local public administration will have the opportunity to set up the cadastral documentation using a simplified method, which would reduce the time and costs for their registration.
At the same time, the draft stipulates that in the case of lands and buildings that are component parts of archaeological monuments of national importance and that are delimited as property of administrative-territorial units, the public authorities will ensure their transfer from the property of administrative-territorial units to the property of the state. The transmission of these lands/buildings will be possible if, based on a multidisciplinary study by specialists in the field of archaeological heritage, it will be demonstrated that they have a national value, from a historical, urban, aesthetic, ethnographic or anthropological point of view.
