Voters from Moldova's settlements of Chițcani, Cremenciug, Gisca, Merenesti, Zahorna to vote in Copanca, Fârlădeni, Cauşeni

Chisinau, 13 October /MOLDPRES/ - The government has informed that, in the context of the holding of the general local elections on 5 November 2023, the residents from the villages of Chitcani, Cremenciug, Gisca, Merenesti and Zahorna from the Causeni district (which are temporarily out of the control of the constitutional authorities) were given possibility to exercise their right to vote at the polling stations placed in the perimeter of the competent authorities of Moldova.
Thus, the voters with residence in the aforementioned settlements can participate in the election of councilors in the Causeni district council, by voting at the following polling stations: the electors from the Chitcani commune (made up of the settlements Chitcani, Merenesti and Zahorna) and the Cremenciug village, at the polling station No 10/22, Copanca village, Vasile Alecsandri Gymnasium; at the polling station No 10/23, Copanca village, Prometeu Gymnasium; the voters from the Gisca village - at the polling station No 10/26, Farladeni village, Mihail Sadoveanu Theoretical Lyceum.
The details of the voting procedure in these settlements are included in the Decision of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) No 1390 from 6 October 2023.
