Romanian flute player to give concert in Moldovan capital

Chisinau, 17 October /MOLDPRES/ - A concert of music and poetry titled, On way back to Itaca, given by a Romanian flute player, soloist at the George Enescu National Philharmonic from Bucharest Ion Bogdan Stefanescu, will take place at the National Art Museum of Moldova on 21 October at 15:00.   

University professor Ion Bogdan Stefanescu will hold a flute master-class at the Chisinau-based Music, Theatre and Fine Arts Academy on 20 October at 14:00.    

The events will take place New Music Days International Festival, organized by the Union of Composers and Musicologists from Moldova, Union of Composers and Musicologists of Romania and the Chisinau-based Music, Theatre and Fine Arts Academy, with the support of the Mihai Eminescu Cultural Institute in Chisinau and are part of the multiannual project, Romanian Music on Both Banks of Prut.
