Chisinau, Oct. 20 /MOLDPRES/- Communists and Socialists Bloc (BCS) will appeal to the Constitutional Court (CC), after they were dissatisfied with the presentation given by the members of the Cabinet of Ministers, led by Prime Minister Dorin Recean, during the presentation of the report in Parliament over 8 hours, in response to the censure motion submitted by the parliamentary opposition. PSRM deputy of the BCS Vlad Batrîncea made the statement in his final speech during the October 19 parliamentary session, which lasted until after midnight.
Batrîncea says "the PAS ministers in their speeches ignored the facts presented in the no-confidence vote".
The ministers together with Recean appeared on October 19 in the plenary session of the Parliament, in response to the censure motion submitted by the BCS. Each minister presented the activity report for the last two years, listing both achievements and future priorities. The parliamentary opposition was dissatisfied with such a presentation, calling it a "violation".
