1,622 Moldovan citizens returned home since beginning of war in Israel

Chisinau, Oct. 20 /MOLDPRES/- On October 19, 311 Moldovan citizens returned to the Republic of Moldova, via Chisinau - Tel Aviv - Chisinau flights, and 85 citizens left. In total, since the beginning of the war, 1,622 Moldovan citizens returned from Israel, and 548 left for Tel-Aviv.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, according to the official information from Israel, the death of one more citizen of the Republic of Moldova has not been confirmed.

Also, the Rafah crossing point remains closed for the purpose of evacuations, and the authorities maintain constant communication with foreign partners. The MAEIE announces that it maintains constant communication with our citizens in the Gaza Strip.
