Moldovan parliament in 2024 to host Rose-Roth Seminar of NATO Parliamentary Assembly

Chisinau, 24 October /MOLDPRES/ - Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu today had a meeting with hew President of NATO’s Parliamentary Assembly Michal Szczerba. The discussions took place in Prague, on the platform of the second parliamentary summit of the Crimea Platform.
According to the parliament’s communication and public relations department, the officials agreed that the next summit at the level of alliance and cooperation between the countries of the Central and Eastern Europe, named Rose-Roth, should be organized in Moldova in 2024. ‘’For us, Moldova’s security is a priority and we do our utmost to protect our citizens. We will continue strengthening the resilience of the institutions, as we want to live in peace and to contribute to peace and security on the European continent,’’ Igor Grosu said.
The parliament speaker thanked the new president of the Parliamentary Assembly for the fact that Moldova was among the priority countries on its agenda of work and wished him success in the new office.
