Chisinau, Oct. 25 /MOLDPRES/- Energy Vulnerability information system concept was published in the Official Journal today.

Thus, the concept was modified, adapted to the adjustments previously made in the Energy Vulnerability Fund Law, namely setting two new categories of energy vulnerability – extreme and primary – and compensation as a monthly monetary payment.

At the same time, the Energy Vulnerability information system was completed with a new module - Eco-Voucher, through which the support mechanism for the program of granting financial aid for the efficiency of the consumption of energy resources by vulnerable consumers will be implemented.

The Eco-Voucher module will allow the digitization of financial aid projects for the efficiency of the consumption of energy resources and the use of renewable energy sources, the monitoring of the implementation process of these programs, the centralized record of voucher beneficiaries and economic agents participating in the program e-Voucher. The module will be managed by the Energy Efficiency Agency under the Ministry of Energy.
