CNA detained man of northern Moldova for bribing police officer

Chisinau, Oct. 25 /MOLDPRES/- A man from the north of the country was caught red-handed by CNA officers for bribing a police officer.
According to CNA, the complaint was filed on October 24 by an officer of the Northern Investigations Department of the INI who informed that a person, regarding whom there were materials on the fact of committing the crime of drug trafficking, offered the police officer 1000 euros for favorable resolution of the case.
Based on the complaint, a criminal case was initiated, and the arrest of the person.
Currently, the suspect is in isolation, detained for 72 hours.
