Cadastral documentation to be carried out by simplified method

Chisinau, Oct. 26 /MOLDPRES/- Parliament approved today a draft law aimed at facilitating the process of delimiting public property.
For some categories of publicly owned land, the local public administration will have the opportunity to draw up the cadastral documentation using a simplified method, which would reduce the time and costs for their registration.
The draft also sees provisions related to clarifying the competences of the authorized body with functions of drafting state policy in the cadastre and territorial organization, as well as the authorized body with functions of implementing state policy in the delimitation of public property real estate.
