Moldovan PM discontented with nobody answering calls at phone numbers where citizens can signal problems

Chisinau, 27 October /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Dorin Recean today showed discontented with the fact that nobody answers at phone numbers of the state institutions at which citizens can signal certain problems. In these conditions, the official demanded the presentation of a monthly technical report on who and how quickly answered citizens’ calls.

„At meetings in the territory, citizens often complain of the fact that we have digitalized, each of us have webpages, they look at what phone number which they can call and nobody answers at the phone number indicated on the site of the ministry, on the site of the agency. I ask you till next Monday to see how we are organized inside, all phones must answer and I will ask people from the Information Technology Service and each month we will have a quite clear and simply technical report on who and how quickly answered citizens’ calls. Please, till next Monday, we should see inside that people answer at the phone numbers indicated and where citizens want to appeal with problems,’’ Dorin Recean said.
