Moldovan athletes win 11 medals at World Championships Unifight

Chisinau, Nov. 2 /MOLDPRES/- Moldovan athletes won 11 medals at the World Championships Unifight, held in Tbilisi, Georgia.
The best results, in the Unifight Classic competition, were achieved by Gheorghe Balaur (80 kg) and Cristian Constantinov (+95 kg), who ranked first. Dmitrii Ciacusta ranked second in the weight category of 95 kg, and Sanda Cracan -weight category of up to 57 kg.
According to the Ministry of Education and Research, Gheorghe Balaur (80 kg) and Sanda Cracan (57 kg) also stood out in the Unifight Light competition, where they ranked second and third, respectively. Gheorghe Drucioc (85 kg) and Alexandru Stâncă (65 kg) also went up to the third stage.
