Moldovan citizens can ask for information about elections' organization at Call Centre

Chisinau, 4 November /MOLDPRES/ - The citizens with right to vote can ask for information on the organization of the general local elections due on 5 November at the Call Centre, with the single phone number (+373) 22880101.
According to the Central Electoral Commission, voters can learn data on the belonging to polling stations, voting procedure, the acts on the basis of which they can vote, information on the place of residence in an administrative and territorial unit, etc.
Also, on the period of work, the Call Centre’s operators will provide the assistance needed to the people in charge of the electoral lists of the local public authorities, as well as to the members of the lower electoral bodies for the uniform enforcement of the procedures of management and updating of the State Register of Voters.
At the same time, CEC warned that no contestations can be submitted through the Call Centre.
The information line of the Call Centre will work starting from Monday till Friday during 8:00-17:00 and the working schedule will be extended up to 24 hours per day on 5-7 and 19-21 November.
The Centre can be called at ordinary tariff from the fixed or mobile phone from any settlement of Moldova. It will work till 21 November 2023.
