PAS candidate: I voted for more comfortable city

Chisinau, Nov. 5 /MOLDPRES/- Action and Solidarity Party (PAS) candidate for the position of mayor of the capital Lilian Carp voted for a more comfortable city. He voted this morning at a polling station in the capital.
Lilian Carp said he voted for well-executed municipal projects. "We want a city with well-arranged courtyards and developed public transport," said the PAS candidate.
Today, general local elections are taking place in the Republic of Moldova. Citizens will elect 898 mayors and 11,058 councilors. 2,758,810 voters are expected at the polls.
