CNA investigates voter corruption case in Comrat

Chisinau, Nov. 6 /MOLDPRES/- The National Anticorruption Center /CNA/ announced today that it is investigating a case of voter corruption detected by the police on November 3 by involving a 19-year-old young man, caught while handing out money to some people.
According to the complaint filed by a resident of Comrat, the young man allegedly distributed 50 euros to several people as a pension supplement from a political formation. The law enforcement officers went to the spot and picked up 17 envelopes of 50 euros each and a list of people who were to receive the financial means.
The young man told the CNA officers that he was promised 100 euros for the service.
