Several laboratories, digital spaces of Alecu Russo Balti State University to be modernized

Chisinau, Nov. 13 /MOLDPRES/- Students and teachers of Alecu Russo Balti State University will benefit from better training and work conditions. Several teaching laboratories and digital spaces will be renovated, equipped with furniture, ICT equipment and training materials to facilitate access to new educational resources.

The renovations are carried out as part of Higher Education in Moldova Project, implemented by the Ministry of Education and Research with the financial support of the World Bank. Alecu Russo Balti State University received grants for three sub-projects worth about 40 million lei (1 million 980 thousand euros).

The project aims to improve the quality assurance mechanisms, financing and management of higher education, as well as to modernize and equip the country's educational institutions to connect the educational system to the requirements of the labor market.
