Moldovan president visits Trușeni village

Chisinau, Nov. 15 /MOLDPRES/- President Maia Sandu met with Trușeni people on 14 November, the presidential press service has reported.

In the context of the decision of the European Commission a few days ago, Maia Sandu spoke to them about the advantages of European integration: "The EU means peace, development, well-being for those who work honestly, respect for fundamental human rights."

The official also talked to the citizens about the community's issues. The village has recently benefited from support through the European Village Program for the construction of an aqueduct. "For the development of localities, we need good administration, economic growth and the ability to attract European funds", the official said.
