Finland closed four border crossing points, ANTA says

Chisinau, Nov. 23 /MOLDPRES/- The National Road Transport Agency (ANTA) announced that the Finnish authorities have decided to temporarily suspend the activity of four border crossing points with the Russian Federation, Nuijamaa, Imatra, Vaalimaa and Niirala. This will be applied until February 18, 2024.
According to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Finland, the measure entered into force on November 18, 2023 and will apply until February 18, 2024.
"We recommend consulting the official page of the Finnish Border Guard to follow the evolution of the situation, at the following link: https://raja.fi/etusivu", ANTA said.
