Chisinau, Nov. 24 /MOLDPRES/- Parliament voted a draft law aimed at facilitating the delimitation of public property in the second reading today.
For some categories of publicly owned land, the local public administration will have the opportunity to draw up the cadastral documentation using a simplified method, which would reduce the time and costs for their registration. Also, the changes ensure the avoidance of repeated delimitation execution on previously delimited assets.
At the same time, the draft stipulates that in the case of lands and constructions that are component parts of archaeological monuments of national importance and are delimited as property of administrative-territorial units, the public authorities will ensure their transmission from the property of administrative-territorial units to the state property. The transmission of these lands/buildings will be possible if, based on a multidisciplinary study by specialists in the field of archaeological heritage, it will be demonstrated that they have a national value from a historical, urban, aesthetic, ethnographic or anthropological point of view.
