Speaker: Romania was and remains firm supporter of Moldova

Chisinau, Dec. 1 /MOLDPRES/- Speaker Igor Grosu came with a congratulatory message on Romania's National Day.

He said "he conveys our gratitude to all Romanians for the receptivity and promptness with which they respond to the needs of the Republic of Moldova and our citizens".

"The Republic of Moldova has always felt Romania's shoulder by its side, which helped us to go through crises more easily, and to start building a better future at home. Romania has been and remains our firm supporter on an economic, political, diplomatic, cultural, educational level. Together we build bridges, kindergartens, museums, gas pipelines, cut roaming tariffs, get rid of energy dependence on Russia. The support provided is felt by our citizens in all regions – for which we thank You", the speaker said.

The entire leadership of the Republic of Moldova came with congratulatory messages, and several Moldovan soldiers including Minister of Defense Anatolie Nosatîi and National Army commander Eduard Ohladciuc are participating in the military parade in Bucharest.
