Over 200 participants expected Fruits Business Conference in Moldova

Chisinau, 1 December /MOLDPRES/ - The Moldova Fruct Association, in partnership with the Rural Competitiveness and Resilience in Moldova Project of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Investments Agency, on 7-8 December organizes the Fruits Business National Conference. Over 200 participants are expected at the event.  

The conference is at its ninth edition and represents the most important platform of informing and networking for the fruits sector of Moldova. The Moldovan fruit producers and exporters will be able to learn the best practices from experts from Moldova, Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland and Romania.  

At the conference this year, emphasis will be put on: choosing the varieties and planning the harvests of stone fruits, modern packing for the depositing and export of fruits, turning to account the potential of new markets for the fruits from Moldova, etc.    

„A first ever event of this edition is the commercial panel B2B – a single platform for negotiation without intermediaries between exporters and importers. It is about a dedicated panel, with negotiation hall and preliminary registration for the participants in the conference. Through this platform, producers and exporters are able to present their supply and establish cooperation relations with international fruit traders,’’ the organizers said.   

The Fruits Business National Conference addresses the representatives of the branch interested in the developments in the horticultural field. At the same time, the event creates the fit atmosphere for contracts with potential business and socialization partners, giving opportunities of interaction and exchanges of ideas.
