Chisinau, Dec. 5 /MOLDPRES/- Two regional projects, completed last year in Străşeni district have improved the living conditions for residents. "This was possible thanks to the financial support granted by the European Union, having a significant impact on the study environment, ensuring a more comfortable climate for the more than 650 students and improved working conditions for teachers and auxiliary staff. The total value of the energy efficiency works was about 1.3 million euros, of which 1.2 million euros were offered by the EU as a non-refundable grant and 100,000 euros - local contribution", according to the quoted source.
At the same time, so far, the photovoltaic system has not been put into operation, a redesign of the high school's electricity connection documentation is needed.
