State budget revenues increased by 10% in January - October

Chisinau, Dec. 5 /MOLDPRES/- In ten months of this year, the total revenues of the state budget amounted to about 51.8 billion lei (2.59 billion euros), increasing by approximately 10% compared to the same period last year. The information was presented today by the Ministry of Finance.

Thus, the receipts from the revenues administered by the State Fiscal Service represent 22.3 billion lei, and from those administered by the Customs Service - 28.5 billion lei.

According to the Ministry of Finance, the expenses amounted to 62.3 billion lei. Compared to the similar period of 2022, they are 18.7% higher.

In late October, a deficit of 10.5 billion lei was recorded. The sources of financing the deficit consisted of internal and external sources.
