Customs checkpoint from north Moldova to temporarily cease working

Chisinau, 26 December /MOLDPRES/ - The Otaci customs checkpoint will cease working on 27 December during 12:00-14:00.
According to the Customs Service, woks of setting and replacing the IT network will be carried out this period. The activities are carried out in the context of the implementation of the VICOS project, which implies the modernization and digitalization of the IT structure in the customs checkpoints.
In the context, the customs authority recommends that passengers and carriers opt for another border crossing point.
