Roadmen carried out final reception of Bălți – Fălești – Sculeni route

Chisinau, Dec. 27 /MOLDPRES/- The State Road Administration (ASD) announced today about the final reception of the national road R16 Bălți - Făleşti - Sculeni, 2, after the end of the defect remediation period.

The Commission set out that the notices from reception to the completion of the works were remedied by the contractor in accordance with the contract specifications.

"For the residents of the villages of Călugăr, Frumușica, Bocșa, Vrănești, Taxobeni, Gherman and Sculeni, the rehabilitated road sector means access to households, pedestrian crossings, especially in the area of schools and kindergartens. The length of the rehabilitated road sector is 29.21 km", ASD said.

This road sector was rehabilitated with the support of the European Investment Bank.
