Moldovan president participates in concert in Calarasi, within Come Home on Christmas! campaign

Chisinau, 29 December /MOLDPRES/ - President Maia Sandu on 28 December evening went to the central Calarasi city, where, along with the local audience, she listened to nice hits of the Noroc (Luck) band. ‘’I admired the local traditions, which were brought on the stage of the city’s community centre,’’ the president said, the presidential press service has reported.     

The concert from Calarasi took place within the national campaign, Come Home on Christmas!, launched by the government, through which the winter customs are prompted. ‘’During holidays, let us enjoy the time spent with the dear people, appreciate the peace and the achievements from this year and celebrate the traditions of the communities we are members of.’’ President Maia Sandu also said.
