Cadastre services for citizens to be provided by new public institution

Chisinau, 2 Jan. /MOLDPRES/- The Public Services Agency (ASP) announces that from January 3, 2024 cadastral services for citizens will be provided by a new public institution - Real Estate Cadastre, the founder of which is the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Agency.

The new institution, the Real Estate Cadastre, took over from the Public Services Agency the following areas of activity: creating and maintaining the real estate cadastre, other informational systems and registers; execution of cadastre works and real estate evaluation works; administration of the central data bank of the real estate cadastre; carrying out state registrations of real estate and rights over them; providing public services in the cadastre.

For the convenience of citizens, the Real Estate Cadastre will provide services to applicants for cadastral services, including at the multifunctional Centers of the Public Services Agency.
