Shor political party erased from state register of legal entities of Moldova

Chisinau, 24 January /MOLDPRES/ - The Public Services Agency (ASP) today informed that, on 23 January 2024, based on the application submitted by the liquidators of the Shor Political Party, dissolved under the Constitutional Court’s Ruling, the formation was erased from the state Register of legal entities.
ASP specifies the history as to the concerned political entity, which contains the following data:
On 26 February 1999, the Justice Ministry registered the RAVNOPRAVIE (Equality of Rights) Social and Political Movement, in line with the provisions of the Law on the amendment and completion of the Law on the political parties and other social and political organizations;
On 3 November 2008, the Justice Ministry, under the decision No 72, registered the new version of the statute of the concerned political entity;
On 1 September 2008, the Justice Ministry issued a decision on refusal of the registration of the statute, in the new version;
On 12 July 2016, under the decision No 334 by the Justice Ministry, decision-makers registered the amendment of the data from the state Register on the election of the head of the RAVNOPRAVIE Social and Political Movement – Ilan Shor.
On 7 November 2016, under the official report of the Seventh Congress of the concerned political formation, the Justice Ministry registered the statute in the new version, with the change of the name of from RAVNOPRAVIE Social and Political Movement into Shor Political Party and the registration of its symbol;
On 4 September 2017, under a decision by the Justice Ministry, the change of the headquarters of the Shop Political Party was registered: Orhei city, Vasile Lupu Street No 36, office 326.
On 23 September 2021, the statute of the Shor Political Party was registered in the new version, with the change of the data in the state Register as to the re-election of the administrator (president);
On 13 September 2023, the procedure of dissolving of the Shor Political Party was initiated;
On 23 January 2024, the Shor Political Party, dissolved under the Constitutional Court’s Ruling No 10 from 19 June 2023, was erased from the state Register of legal entities.
