Moldovan law-enforcers de-structure crime group promoting fascism

Chisinau, 23 February /MOLDPRES/ - The prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Office for Combating the Organized Crime and Special Causes (PCCOCS), with the information support of the Intelligence and Security Service (SIS), have de-structured the activity of a crime group who had promoted fascist messages and on denying the Holocaust on a Telegram channel in 2023.

According to PCCOCS, following the documentation of the criminal activity, two suspects were cited to PCCOCS for hearing. They are from Chisinau and have ages of 34 and 17 years. Both the man and the teenager were supporters of the ideology promoted on the Internet.

Following the starting of the criminal prosecution and their citing to the specialized prosecutor’s office, the Telegram channel was deleted.
