Moldovan PM to visit Bucharest

Chisinau, March 26. /MOLDPRES/- Prime Minister Dorin Recean will pay a working visit to Bucharest, Romania, on March 27.
Government spokesperson Daniel Vodă announced today that in Bucharest, Recean will attend the second edition of the Forum Moldova - Romania: Capital Bridges, organized by the Bucharest Stock Exchange jointly with partners from Romania and Moldova.
"The event promotes solid economic cooperation and interconnection of capital markets between the Republic of Moldova and Romania. The Prime Minister will talk about the need for more investments and economic contacts between the economic agents on both banks of the Prut", Daniel Vodă pointed out.
Attending the event will be Romanian Senate President Nicolae Ciucă, Speaker Igor Grosu, Prime Minister of Romania Marcel Ciolacu and other officials.
"Participants will approach macroeconomic reforms, investment opportunities and progress in the banking sector, creating the ground for the improvement of bilateral economic relations in the accession of the Republic of Moldova to the EU and Romania's support in this regard", Daniel Vodă said.
The first edition of the event was held in 2022.
