Moldovan president pays working visit to Comrat

Chisinau, April 10 /MOLDPRES/- President Maia Sandu pays a working visit to Comrat today. The official discussed with mayors and councillors of the cities of Comrat, Ceadir-Lunga, Vulcanesti and representatives of the People's Assembly of Gagauzia.

Referring to the visit to the territory, Adrian Băluțel, head of the President's Office, said "there is no divergence when working for the same goal: the well-being of Gagauz people and the implementation of as many local development projects, unity and peace throughout Moldova as possible".

The visit's agenda includes a meeting with the university management, talks with students, a visit to a local dairy company and an interview with the local press.

In the coming period, Maia Sandu will also invite UTAG mayors to a working meeting.
