Two candidates for CSJ and CSM passed Vetting Commission assessment

Chisinau, April 11 /MOLDPRES/ - The Vetting Commission announced today that it has completed the evaluation of the candidate for judge position at the Supreme Court of Justice (CSJ), Vladislav Gribincea, and the candidate for the member of the College for the selection and evaluation of judges of the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM), Mihaela Pascal. The Commission decided that both candidates passed the assessment.

Thirteen candidates applied for the competition to fill vacancies in the College for the selection and evaluation of judges and were referred by the CSM to the Vetting Commission for evaluation. One candidate withdrew and two passed the assessment. Reports on two candidates are pending and eight other candidates are at the stage of being invited to hearings.
