Moldovan premier meets European official

Chisinau, April 11 /MOLDPRES/- Prime Minister Dorin Recean had a meeting with European Commissioner for Jobs and Social Rights Nicolas Schmit and Director-General of the International Labour Organisation Gilbert Houngbo. They discussed reforms initiated and implemented by the government in the labour and social protection, the government's communication department has reported.
Recean thanked the officials for the support from the European Union and ILO, noting that the government is working at an accelerated pace to ensure a modern, efficient and inclusive labour market.
"Our goal is European integration, we are working to ensure that citizens enjoy the best working and living conditions at home," said Recean.
It is worth mentioning that a new EU-funded project EU support for a more inclusive labour market in the Republic of Moldova will be launched in Chisinau on 11 April.
